1. Overview
Heirloom Portraits (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered portrait transformation and printing service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. How It Works
You upload a photo, which we process using AI to generate a stylized black-and-white portrait. You select your preferred style, frame size, and color. We then have your portrait professionally printed, framed, and shipped to you via our printing partner.
3. AI-Generated Content
Portraits are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated images are interpretive and may not be a perfect likeness. By using our service, you acknowledge that results may vary.
4. Your Photos
You retain all rights to photos you upload. We use your photos solely to generate your portrait and fulfill your order. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Insured shipping is calculated based on portrait size and applies to all framed orders within the US, UK, and Australia. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your portrait enters production.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Portraits are printed and framed within 2–3 business days, then shipped via standard delivery. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days within the US, and 7–14 business days for UK and Australia orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your portrait, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, whether through a regeneration of your portrait or a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
