• Photos you upload for portrait generation
• Name and shipping address for order fulfillment
• Email address for order confirmations and shipping updates
• Phone number (collected by Stripe during checkout)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Generate your AI portrait
• Print, frame, and ship your order
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

3. Your Photos

Your photos are private. We use them solely to generate your portrait. Photos are stored securely and automatically deleted within 30 days of your order. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for training AI models or any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Prodigi — printing and shipping (receives your shipping address and portrait image)
• Google (Gemini) — AI portrait generation (receives your uploaded photo)
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Supabase — database

Each service has its own privacy policy and handles data according to industry standards.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Access to customer data is limited to essential operations.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
